Back to normal after a great week in hot and sunny Spain. Was down at Old Portsmouth early this morning waiting for an event to start - noticed that two warships were about to enter the harbour which looked like it could make for a good photo. The ships were HMS Richmond and HMS Iron Duke. Here's a few photos.....

Then followed up with a family shoot today - Morwenna and Mark and their two new additions to the family Amelie and Evie. The girls are 12 weeks old and were posing brilliantly until food called.... lol. Here's a few from the shoot:

Oakwood School Ball last Friday. Brilliantly organised with great entertainment - George Michael Tribute. Not a big fan but this guy was good. The marque's decorations and settings looked great, good food, excellent DJ and everyone seemed to have an enjoyable time......

Met Nicole and Billy in Arundel today for their wedding preshoot. We did a few shots at the castle then moved around to Swanbourne Lake. Using off camera flash seemed to be quite an effective way of adding depth and modelling to the forest shots - here's a few....

Went along as second shooter to assist my friend Alison Gaudion (Gaudions Photography) with a wedding on HMS Warrior. Photographically it was a challenge with a strong wind and bright sunshine but Laura and Matt were up for most posing suggestions even though the wind was playing tricks with Laura's hair. Here's a few images that I took during the afternoon.....

Great weather today for Louise and Fergie's Love Southsea Show at the Castle Fields. Had a stroll around the stalls and particularly liked the cake stalls (http://www.victoria-sponge.net/) then caught a few of the stage acts and very impresive they were too - included a brilliant forties swing trio called the The Three Belles (The Three Belles), Belly Dance South and the Mayville Band. I had to go at midday so disappointingly I couldn't see the rest of the bill but anyway here's a few images from the morning:
