Stubbington Green 10k 20th January 2013........
Probably the coldest day I've ever photographed a race. In fact it was so cold I had battery issues - a 3/4 charged Nikon D3 battery went down within 30 mins ! Fortunately I had a few gel hand warmers to keep the spares warm and didn't have any more problems but these warmers only lasted about 10 minutes - no wonder they were so cheap ! It was understandably a slightly reduced field but congrats to all who did attend on such a cold day.....
The results should soon be on the Stubbington Green Runners website (Stubbington Green runners) and the photos will be live this evening on Ian Burnett Photography
