A long time since the last blog post.......

I've been very tardy with keeping the blog up-to-date so here's an update. And I will post more often....

Several races already with the Stubbington Green 10k in January and the Portsmouth Half marathon in February the main events. Last weekend was very busy, firstly with the inaugral Race with Rowan 10k in aid of the Rowans Hospice followed next day by a long drive to Eastbourne for their half marathon.
